  1. Can you create custom tattoo design for me? – No. We don’t have time for it.
  2. Can I see a larger image of a tattoo design before I purchase it? – No. Just see our sample is enough for you to decide whether you want that tattoo. That’s why our price is so cheap.
  3. Why there are two different pricing, one is USD10.00 and another one is free? - Free download means your tattoo has been sponsored by our sponsor, that’s why you need to complete our sponsor offer before you can download your tattoo design.
  4. How long does it typically take to process an order? - Tattoo design downloads that are purchased with a credit card are processed instantly.  You will have the ability to download and print your tattoo design within seconds.  Download purchases made with an e-check through PayPal require the payment to clear before you will receive access to your design.  This can take 3-4 business days. For free download, you will get it immediately after you completed our sponsor offers.
  5. I didn’t see an order confirmation page. Was my order successful? – If you clicked the “Proceed to Download” or “Place My Order” button and didn’t see an order confirmation page, we probably still received your order. Usually your tattoo download will begin immediately.

  7. I paid with PayPal, where is my tattoo design? – For security reasons, your download will be associated with your default PayPal e-mail address. Download instructions will be sent to this e-mail address.Most PayPal transactions are processed immediately. If you do not recieve instant access to your design, please be patient, PayPal is processing your request. Download instructions will be e-mailed to you.If you paid with an eCheck, PayPal must complete an electronic funds tranfer from your bank. It will take up to 4 business days for the funds to clear. As soon as the funds clear, download instructions will be e-mailed to you.
  8. What is TattooDesignGiveaway.com’s Return/Exchange Policy? - Electronically downloaded tattoo designs and stencils are non-refundable. If you don’t like it, get free download sponsored by our sponsor.
